Zlatoust at INNOPROM 2022

During July, 4-7 within the framework of INNOPROM 2022 a partner of Russian Robot LLC - Robot Factory LLC - presented a new engineering sample - six-axis universal industrial robotic manipulator “Zlatoust” with own control pad.

Engineering sample “Zlatoust”, demonstrated by Robot Factory at the exhibition, is a hi-tech product manufactured within technological self-sufficiency of Russian Federation. Thanks to their universal character and high performance such robots are most in demand at modern plants.  The manipulator equals the foreign analogues with load carrying capacity 120 kg and reach 3 100 mm.

The control pad of Russian Robot LLC in-house development includes such options as robot programming as well as manipulator movement by means of touch screen buttons. On-screen visualization allows controlling the work of a robot cell.

Within the exhibition stand the robot-manipulator simulated the production process with installation of a cylinder head on a cylinder block, demonstrating thus the main performance capabilities when working with large parts.
